This April, Ford has rolled out a nationwide Employee Pricing for Everyone program on the 2025 Ford F-150, bringing back a popular incentive from past years. This deal applies across the board—but excludes the high-performance F-150 Raptor and Raptor R trims.
While the Employee Pricing promotion is the highlight, there are no additional factory incentives being offered on America’s best-selling full-size light-duty pickup.

🚘 What’s New for the 2025 Ford F-150
The 2025 F-150 builds upon the refreshed 2024 model and includes a few notable changes:
- SecuriCode Keypad has been removed from the factory build, but is still available as a dealer-installed add-on.
- Connected Navigation has been dropped from XL and STX trims and is now available only in Mid and High Equipment Groups for XLT. It still includes a 1-year trial where applicable.
- The Heritage Edition, introduced in 2023, has been discontinued.
- The 3-year BlueCruise subscription option is no longer offered.
- Two color options—Avalanche and Darkened Bronze Metallic—have been removed.
- Two new colors introduced: Marsh Gray and Space White Metallic.
- Prices across the lineup have increased slightly—up by $100 from earlier pricing.
Meanwhile, the Ford F-Series continues to hold its title as America’s best-selling truck for the 48th consecutive year.
